Australia’s 29th Prime Minister

Mr Turnbull has had a distinguished career in law, business and public service, making a significant contribution to Australia’s national life. As Prime Minister, he led reforms across taxation, education and childcare, strengthened Australia’s cybersecurity and defence capabilities, and played an important role in advancing Australia’s engagement on the global stage. His leadership has continued beyond politics through his work in technology, innovation and renewable energy. As Catholic Social Services Australia marks its 70th anniversary, we are honoured to welcome Mr Turnbull to deliver the 2026 McCosker Oration
