CatholicCare Wollongong has been invited to participate in the ELDAC project, an initiative funded by the Australian Government Department of Health.
ELDAC is conducted by a consortium of three universities and five national peak bodies from the aged, primary and specialist palliative care sectors. ELDAC is a multifaceted program with diverse areas of application. ELDAC provides information, guidance, and resources to health professionals and aged care workers to support palliative care and advance care planning to improve the care of older Australians.
ELDAC aims to improve the quality of end of life care for all older Australians, through strengthening the provision of palliative care and advance care planning. Congratulations to CatholicCare Wollongong for being selected to participate in this important initiative.
