Meet Primola from MacKillop Family Services. Having studied a Masters of Social Work at the University of Melbourne, Primola did her student placement at MacKillop where she had opportunities to learn from a variety of practitioners and engage in various training opportunities.
“My placement in MacKillop’s family preservation programs provided me with unique insights into the role of Early Parenting Practitioners.”
Upon completing her student placement, Primola was offered a permanent position as an Early Years Practitioner and joined MacKillop in May 2021.
“In my current role, I enjoy the relationships you build. It’s always a rewarding feeling to empower families to become more autonomous and build on their skills and knowledge of parenting.”
